CREATING AN ON DEMAND ACCOUNT

To access your classes you will need to create a BAD YOGI ON DEMAND account which is different from your BAD YOGI online live class account. 

If you are having trouble creating an ON DEMAND account or can't seem to find the account creation option you have two ways to do this. (Please read the options fully)

∆ 1 Via the Bad Yogi main website. To do this this head to the ON DEMAND PAGE and read the guide that will show you how to create an account via the ∆ ACCESS FULL CLASS ∆ buttons.  The step by step guide is located at the bottom of the page.

∆ 2 Via the ON DEMAND site HERE and then click the Create button down toward the bottom of the page>hen choose your class and then sign up via the Access Now option. 




ON DEMAND INDIVIDUAL CLASSES

What do I get access to?
When you purchase an individual On Demand Class you will have unlimited access to this class for 72 hours from time of purchase. 

How much does it cost?
The price for each class type appears in the Class Description and at the check out. Prices for individual class access ranges from $5 - $10 AUD.

If you want to Subscribe to all the ON DEMAND classes rather than purchase a single class then 1. Choose a class 3. Select Access Now and then 3. Select the subscription option.


ON DEMAND MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS

What do I get access to?
Sign up for our Full Access On Demand Subscription and gain unlimited access to our complete On Demand library.

How often will new classes be added?
New classes are added weekly to our On Demand offering.

When does my subscription renew?
Your subscription will renew on the same day each month proceeding your joining date.

How do I cancel my subscription?
We are sorry to see you go....
To cancel your subscription please make sure you are signed in above. When signed in you will see a MY ACCOUNT link at the top of this page. Click MY ACCOUNT, then select the BILLING tab.  Then click CHANGE PLAN and then CANCEL MEMBERSHIP.

Cancellations must be done at least 4 days prior to the end of your unique monthly billing cycle/date. If you experience any technical challenges cancelling your subscription please email us at hello@badyogiretreats.com at least 3 days prior to the end of your unique monthly billing cycle so we can look at your account, check your account activity log and rectify the problem for you. If your email is within 3 days prior of your regular monthly subscription payment, then we have missed the cut off for cancellation for that month and we will make sure the cancellation starts from the following month.
